Refund and Cancellation Policy

At, we aim to provide our customers with beautiful, healthy adenium plants. Even though we have designed our containers specifically to ensure zero damage to adenium plants during delivery, we are not ignorant about the fact that things can get a little messy during shipment, either due to weather-related issues or third-party shipping handlers. This is why we have an easy return policy for our customers.

What is the easy return policy?

We want to make sure you get only high-quality adenium plants from us! That was the whole thought process behind creating an easy return policy. So, if your plant arrives dead or damaged, we will give you a replacement within 30 days of placing your order. In case we cannot find an exact plant species, our representative will work closely with you to make sure you get a similar plant.

My plant was damaged when it arrived; what should I do?

In case your plants arrive dead or damaged, let us know. Follow the steps below:

  • Take a picture of both the plant and the box (be sure to include our logo in the image).
  • Shoot us an email with the photo attached within 3 days of delivery to “email.”
  • We will evaluate the case and initiate the process to send you a replacement

My plant is not here yet; what should I do?

If your plant hasn’t arrived within 5-10 days of your expected delivery date:

  • Check the tracking on your order confirmation email.
  • Send an email to “email address” so that we can make a note of it.

Note: If the missing product is because you entered incorrect information during checkout, we, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund.

Can I get a refund?

While our first preference is to send you a replacement, we do offer a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Should I send my plant back?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept physical returns. But we can always assist you in discarding the damaged plant in the best way possible.

What should I do with my damaged plant then?

You can try composting or disposing of them.
